We only collect what you share via the contact form or email, used solely to answer your charter enquiry.
What we collect
When you get in touch through our contact form or by email, we collect your name, email address, and the details you share about your enquiry — trip date, group size, and the occasion, whether that's a birthday, hen or stag do, or a cruise stopover. We use this information for one purpose only: to check availability, quote a price, and arrange your charter from Muelle Uno.
We don't ask for payment details, ID documents, or anything beyond what's needed to plan your trip. No tracking cookies, newsletters, or third-party marketing lists are attached to this data. It exists purely to get the right boat and crew ready for the date you request.
How your data is handled
Enquiry details you submit are stored securely in our booking system and used only by the Fegabad team to plan and confirm your charter. We keep records long enough to handle your trip and answer any follow-up questions, then delete them once they're no longer needed.
We don't sell, rent, or pass on your details to any third party for marketing. Information is shared only where strictly necessary to deliver your trip — for instance, passing a guest count to the skipper assigned to your boat.
Access and deletion
If you'd like to see what information we hold about you, or want it removed, email us directly and we'll handle the request without unnecessary delay. There's no separate form for this — just get in touch the same way you would to book.
Domain history note
This website previously operated under a different, unrelated business based in Spain. No data from that earlier use carries over: every record we hold today comes only from enquiries submitted to Fegabad through this site.
